On Saturday December 2, a group of about 20 BSP choir members along with Roxanne Goodman, our musical director, and Paul Hunsberger, our keyboardist, sang for the "Wake Up With Santa" event at CHEO (Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario). The event is sponsored by the CHEO Staff Forum for the children of CHEO employees. This is the second time BSP has participated in the event.
Our singers, dressed in pyjamas and nightgowns and adorned with festive headgear, sang a set of Christmas songs to entertain the kids while they waited to see Santa. And BSP got to have our pictures taken with Santa and Mrs. Claus and with the CHEO Bear.
It was a great way to kick off the holiday season!
